Personality Development Program

I believe that education is the fundamental method of social progress and reform . Through education, society can formulate its own purpose, can organise its own means and resources, and thus move in the direction in which it wishes to grow.

At GRD , we like to create an environment where the students identify and nurture their inherent potential. We realize that we have the reaponsibility to shape the futures of a multitude of young mind, as also the future of a nation.

This objective we aim to achieve by incorporating innovative changes in the conventional pedagogy. The Cirriculum and methods include certain ideological inputs, behavioral content and team building aspects, so that both hard and soft skills are developed amongst the students.

Learning a language is a complex and long process as anyone who has tried will agree. Today, personality is considered the "Brand image" of an individual. In simple term it is made up of three aspects namely.

♦ Behaviour
♦ Attitude

Basically, Personality development is the improvement of behaviour, communication skills, interpersonal relationship, attitude towards life and ethics. Character cna be considered the basic factor in determining an individual's personality.

Personality is like building. Just as a building can exist only when it has a strong foundation, a personality can impress others only when it has a formidable basis and the strong foundation is supplied by character and behaviour. If personality is developed on thr solid base of values and ethics, it will last forever.

There are immense possibilities within you to develop your personality, with strong character you must recognize and understanding them. The key to success is hidden with you. The wealth you have earned is not important but what is important is the means you have adopted for acquiring that wealth. Your personality, your capabilities, your thought and your ideals are all very important in determining your character.
